Πριν λίγες μέρες (8-10) ενημερώθηκε ο Φιλοζωικός σύλλογος Χανίων, από περίοικους ότι σε ερημική περιοχή κοντά στο Νιο Χωριό Γραμβούσας, υπάρχει ένας αλυσοδεμένος σκύλος.

Σύμφωνα με τους καταγγέλλοντες

«Ο σκύλος-χρώματος λευκού- βρίσκεται πολύ καιρό στο σημείο χωρίς σπιτάκι δεμένο σε μία ελιά ενώ για φαγητό έχει εντόσθια και υπολείμματα ζώων.Είναι δεμένο με πολύ μικρή αλυσίδα,ενώ ο ιδιοκτήτης πηγαίνει σπάνια και μένει στο Νιο Χωριό Γραμβούσας.
Ο σκύλος είναι πολύ αδύνατος, ενώ τον έχουν δει πολλές φορές να χτυπάει το σκύλο και να του φέρεται άσχημα….»

Η ”τροφή” του σκύλου

Στάλθηκε από τον σύλλογο, αναφορά στο αρμόδιο ΑΤ Κισσάμου και στις 11-10 η αστυνομία εντόπισε το σκύλο και τον κηδεμόνα, τον οποίο συνέλαβε και τον οδήγησε στο τμήμα.

Όπως ενημέρωσε ο διοικητής του τμήματος κος Χατζής,σε βάρος του σχηματίστηκε δικογραφία και οδηγήθηκε αρμοδίως, ενώ βεβαιώθηκαν τα διοικητικά πρόστιμα αφού η αστυνομία διαπίστωσε ότι δεν τηρούνται οι κανόνες ευζωίας ήτοι «ήταν αλυσοδεμένος και στερούνταν καταλλύματος,δεν έφερε ηλεκτρονική σήμανση,δεν υπήρχαν τα προβλεπόμενα σκεύη νερού και φαγητού και ο χώρος ήταν βρώμικος και γεμάτος περιττώματα».

Ο σκύλος απομακρύνθηκε από το σημείο.
