Στην χθεσινή συνεδρίαση της Εξεταστικής Επιτροπής για τα σκάνδαλα στην Υγεία, επικρατούσε μεγάλη αναταραχή, δήλωσε σε συνέντευξή του στην ΕΡΤ Χανίων ο Πρόεδρός της και βουλευτής Χανίων Αντώνης Μπαλωμενάκης.

Έβλεπες ανθρώπους με πρόσωπα κίτρινα να περιδιαβαίνουν στους χώρους, ανέφερε χαρακτηριστικά ο κ. Μπαλωμενάκης, για να περιγράψει την ταραχή που έχουν προκαλέσει οι πρώτες πληροφορίες σχετικά με το σκάνδαλο της Novartis στην Ελλάδα.

Αυτό εξάλλου αποτυπώνεται και στις σπασμωδικές αντιδράσεις και δηλώσεις της Αξιωματικής Αντιπολίτευσης, αλλά και όσων φέρονται να εμπλέκονται, είπε ο κ. Μπαλωμενάκης, ο οποίος ανάφερε ότι τώρα απομένει να αποφασιστεί εάν η συγκεκριμένη δικογραφία θα ανατεθεί στην Επιτροπή στην οποία προεδρεύει ή αν η Βουλή προχωρήσει σε σύσταση Προανακριτικής Επιτροπής, με ανοικτό το ενδεχόμενο Ειδικού Δικαστηρίου.

Σε ότι αφορά tα αδικήματα που αντιμετωπίζουν τα εμπλεκόμενα πρόσωπα δεν έχουν παραγραφεί, αφού δεν πρόκειται για απιστία και παράβαση καθήκοντος μόνο, αλλά και για διακίνηση μαύρου χρήματος, το οποίο δεν παραγράφεται.
