Το μουσείο της Ακρόπολης γιορτάζει με έκθεση για τη Σαμοθράκη

Με τα εγκαίνια της έκθεσης «Σαμοθράκη: Τα μυστήρια των μεγάλων θεών», γιορτάζει τα έκτα γενέθλιά του το Μουσείο Ακρόπολης στις 20 Ιουνίου.

Η περιοδική έκθεση, προϊόν συνεργασίας του Μουσείου Ακρόπολης με τις Εφορείες Αρχαιοτήτων Ροδόπης και Έβρου και του ειδικού στις αρχαιότητες της Σαμοθράκης, Δημήτρη Μάτσα, θα ανοίξει για το κοινό στις 20/6, από τις 21:00 το βράδυ, έως τα μεσάνυχτα, και θα συνεχίσει έως τις 30 Σεπτεμβρίου 2015.

Παράλληλα, την ίδια μέρα, στις 21:00 , η Φιλαρμονική Ορχήστρα Πνευστών και η Χορωδία του Δήμου Αθηναίων θα παρουσιάσουν στο προαύλιο του Μουσείου συναυλία με τίτλο «’Αρωμα Παλιάς Αθήνας», με μελωδίες του μεσοπολέμου, του κινηματογράφου και της ελληνικής οπερέτας.

Η έκθεση «Σαμοθράκη. Τα μυστήρια των μεγάλων θεών» εγκαινιάζει μια σειρά από άλλες εκθέσεις, με έργα από την ελληνική περιφέρεια.

Για το συγκεκριμένο αφιέρωμα, θα “ταξιδέψουν” στην πρωτεύουσα 262 αρχαία έργα από το Αρχαιολογικό Μουσείο της Σαμοθράκης, πολλά από τα οποία βγαίνουν έξω από το νησί για πρώτη φορά: Ευρήματα από τις ανασκαφές του Ιερού των Μεγάλων Θεών, της Νεκρόπολης του οικισμού και της μινωικής εγκατάστασης στο Μικρό Βουνί.
