Σε κατάσταση έκτακτης ανάγκης κηρύχθηκε ο Δήμος Διονύσου στην Αττική, με εντολή του Υφυπουργού Πολιτικής Προστασίας και Διαχείρισης Κρίσεων, Νίκου Χαρδαλιά και απόφαση του Γενικού Γραμματέα Πολιτικής Προστασίας, Βασίλειου Παπαγεωργίου, για την αντιμετώπιση των εκτάκτων αναγκών και τη διαχείριση των συνεπειών που προέκυψαν από τα έντονα καιρικά φαινόμενα (ισχυρές χιονοπτώσεις).

Η εν λόγω κήρυξη θα ισχύει από την ημερομηνία έναρξης της εκδήλωσης των φαινομένων και για ένα μήνα, έως και τις 15  Μαρτίου 2021.

Ο Δήμος Διονύσου αναφέρει ότι “καταφθάνουν από ώρα σε ώρα 10 συνεργεία της ΕΜΑΚ και ομάδες του στρατού. Όλη τη νύχτα θα είμαστε στο δρόμο για να αποκαταστήσουμε με κάθε μέσο την ηλεκτροδότηση, την υδροδότηση και τις επικοινωνίες. Μέχρι αυτή τη στιγμή ξεπερνούν τα 750 τα πεσμένα δέντρα λόγω της κακοκαιρίας”.

Σημειώνει ότι έχει δοθεί εντολή στα συνεργεία του ΔΕΔΔΗΕ να συνεχίσουν να εργάζονται ασταμάτητα μέχρι την επαναφορά του ρεύματος παντού.

“Ζητάμε την κατανόηση όλων των δημοτών μας για τη μεγάλη ταλαιπωρία που υφίστανται αλλά η κατάσταση που έχει δημιουργηθεί είναι πρωτοφανής. Εμείς θα είμαστε εδώ για εσάς. Κάνουμε ότι είναι ανθρωπίνως δυνατόν, κάτω από αντίξοες συνθήκες” τονίζει ο Δήμος Διονύσου.
