Σήμερα 15/11, η απολογία της εικαστικού για τους πυροβολισμούς κατά του 68χρονου γιατρού ενώπιον της 11ης ανακρίτριας.

Η 49χρονη απολογείται κατηγορούμενη για απόπειρα ανθρωποκτονίας σε ήρεμη ψυχική κατάσταση, παράνομη οπλοφορία κατ’ εξακολούθηση, παράνομη οπλοχρησία, ενδοοικογενειακή απειλή και απόπειρα αρπαγής ανηλίκου που δεν έχει συμπληρώσει τα 14 χρόνια.

Την προηγούμενη εβδομάδα έξω από το σπίτι του γιατρού και πατέρα της κόρης της, στο Χαλάνδρι πυροβόλησε τον 68χρονο  που εξακολουθεί  να νοσηλεύεται στην εντατική από  την περασμένη Πέμπτη, σε κρίσιμη  αλλά σταθερή κατάσταση  και σήμερα αναμένεται  η εκ νέου αξιολόγηση της πορείας της υγείας του.

Σύμφωνα με τα όσα κατέθεσε η 12χρονή κόρη της η μητέρα της έβγαλε από την τσάντα της το περίστροφο και το έστρεψε κατά του πατέρα της. Η 49χρονη ισχυρίζεται  πως το όπλο  ανήκε στον γιατρό και ότι εκείνη τον αφόπλισε για να προστατεύσει το παιδί της και τον εαυτό της. Αποδίδει τον τραυματισμό του θύματος στην πάλη κατά την προσπάθεια αφοπλισμού ενώ θεωρεί ότι έσωσε την ζωή του παιδιού της , που ήθελε να την ακολουθήσει.

Για «αστειότητες» κάνουν λόγο από το περιβάλλον του γιατρού, με τον οποίο η εικαστικός είχε πολύχρονη δικαστική διαμάχη για την επιμέλεια της 12χρονης.
