Καστοριά: Η Ένωση Αστυνομικών Υπαλλήλων για το θέμα του Αστυνομικού Μεγάρου

Τις θέσεις του αναφορικά με το σχέδιο ανέγερσης Αστυνομικού Μεγάρου στο χώρο του Στρατοπέδου Μαθιουδάκη, κάνει γνωστές με ανακοίνωση του, το Διοικητικό Συμβούλιο της Ένωσης Αστυνομικών Υπαλλήλων της Περιφερειακής Ενότητας Καστοριάς, στον απόηχο της πρόσφατης απόφασης του Κεντρικού Συμβουλίου Νεωτέρων Μνημείων, σύμφωνα με την οποία  ο παλαιός στρατώνας χαρακτηρίζεται διατηρητέος, λόγω αρχιτεκτονικής κατασκευής.

«Η εξέλιξη αυτή υψώνει ογκώδη εμπόδια στην υλοποίηση του επί πάνω από μια δεκαετία ονείρου του Καστοριανού Αστυνομικού Προσωπικού, δηλαδή της μεταφοράς του χώρου εργασίας σε νέο Αστυνομικό Μέγαρο (όχι απαραίτητα στο στρατόπεδο Μαθιουδάκη), όνειρο το οποίο αποτελεί συνάμα και ανάγκη των πολιτών που εξυπηρετούνται καθημερινά υπό άθλιες και τριτοκοσμικές συνθήκες»  τονίζει μεταξύ άλλων.

Σε άλλο σημείο της ανακοίνωσης σημειώνεται μεταξύ άλλων “Με λύπη και ανησυχία πληροφορηθήκαµε την έγγραφη παρέµβαση του Αντιπεριφερειάρχη Καστοριάς, κ. Σωτηρίου Αδαµόπουλου, ενώπιον  του Κεντρικού Συµβουλίου Νεοτέρων Μνηµείων, ήτοι µιας θεωρητικά ανεξάρτητης αρχής, προς το σκοπό της διατήρησης του στρατώνα, σκοπός που πραγµατοποιήθηκε”.

Ζητούν  από τη βουλευτή Καστοριάς του ΣΥΡΙΖΑ Ολυμπία Τελιγιορίδου «την υλοποίηση των ρητών -προεκλογικών και μετεκλογικών- δεσμεύσεών της για έναρξη εργασιών ανέγερσης αστυνομικού μεγάρου εντός του έτους 2016».

Από το Δήμο Καστοριάς  ζητούν την άμεση κινητοποίηση με σκοπό την εξεύρεση εναλλακτικού, διαθέσιμου και κατάλληλου οικοπέδου, με στόχο την άμεση έναρξη εργασιών.
