Οι γονείς της Μάχσα Αμίνι κατέθεσαν μήνυση κατά των αστυνομικών που συνέλαβαν την κόρη τους στις 13 Σεπτεμβρίου για παραβίαση του ενδυματολογικού κώδικα που ισχύει για τις γυναίκες στο Ιράν, ανακοίνωσε ο δικηγόρος της οικογένειας , μετέδωσε το πρακτορείο Isna.

«Οι γονείς της Μάχσα Αμίνι κατέθεσαν μήνυση κατά των αυτουργών της σύλληψης της κόρης του και τους αστυνομικούς που μίλησαν μαζί της μετά την προσαγωγή της στην αστυνομία ηθών», δήλωσε ο Σάλεχ Νικμπάχτ.

Η 22χρονη γυναίκα πέθανε ενώ βρισκόταν υπό κράτηση στις 16 Σεπτεμβρίου, τρεις ημέρες μετά την σύλληψή της.

«Ζητήσαμε από τον επικεφαλής της εισαγγελίας και από τον ανακριτή την διεξαγωγή ενδελεχούς έρευνας για τον τρόπο με τον οποίο έγινε η σύλληψη μέχρι την μεταφορά της Μάχσα στο νοσοκομείο», εξήγησε ο δικηγόρος της οικογένειας, ο οποίος ζήτησε επίσης από τις αρχές να του παραδώσουν «όλα τα διαθέσιμα βίντεο και τις φωτογραφίες» καθ΄όλη την διάρκεια της παραμονής της Μάχσα Αμίνι στα χέρια της αστυνομίας ηθών.

Ο επικεφαλής της εισαγγελίας «υποσχέθηκε ότι η υπόθεση να τύχει λεπτομερούς διαχείρισης και ότι όλα τα αιτήματά μας θα ληφθούν υπ’ όψιν», δήλωσε ο δικηγόρος.

Ο επικεφαλής της εισαγγελίας δεσμεύθηκε επίσης ότι «ιατρική ομάδα που θα ορισθεί από την οικογένεια της Μάχσα Αμίνι θα ενημερωθεί κατά την διάρκεια της έρευνας».
