“Η απόφαση της Εκτελεστικής Επιτροπής της Α.Δ.Ε.Δ.Υ. να κηρύξει Παναττική Στάση Εργασίας για την Παρασκευή 7 Οκτωβρίου 2022, με σκοπό να διευκολυνθούν οι εργαζόμενοι στο Δημόσιο, του Λεκανοπεδίου, να δώσουν το «παρών» στη συγκέντρωση στο Εφετείο, στη δίκη του φασιστικού μορφώματος της «Χρυσής Αυγής», προφανώς δεν άρεσε σε κάποιους τμηματάρχες και διευθυντές στην Α.Α.Δ.Ε. αφού, εμμέσως πλην σαφώς, άσκησαν πιέσεις σε συναδέλφους με συμβάσεις ορισμένου χρόνου επειδή συμμετείχαν” αναφέρει σε ανακοίνωσή της η ΑΔΕΔΥ και προσθέτει:

“Τους προειδοποίησαν «φιλικά» ότι θα έχουν πρόβλημα επειδή είναι συμβασιούχοι και δεν τους καλύπτει η απόφαση της Ε.Ε. της Α.Δ.Ε.ΔΥ.! Καθώς, επίσης, γιατί ο Σύλλογός τους δεν είχε πάρει σχετική απόφαση και δεν αποτελεί ούτε αυτός, μέλος Ομοσπονδίας της Α.Δ.Ε.Δ.Υ.! Δεν ξέρουμε αν τους ενόχλησε περισσότερο ο λόγος της κήρυξης της Στάσης Εργασίας και ο αγώνας ενάντια στους φασίστες ή ότι νέοι συνάδελφοι αποφασίζουν να σηκώσουν κεφάλι και να αγωνιστούν.

Όπως και να έχει όμως, θέλουμε να τους ξεκαθαρίσουμε πως ένας εργαζόμενος μπορεί να συμμετάσχει σε Στάση Εργασίας ή Απεργία, ανεξάρτητα από το αν είναι μέλος ή όχι της συνδικαλιστικής οργάνωσης που κηρύσσει την απεργία (Ν1264/ 82, άρθρο 20 παρ.1). Είναι δεδομένο πως η απόφαση της Ε.Ε. της Α.Δ.Ε.Δ.Υ. καλύπτει κάθε εργαζόμενο στο Δημόσιο τομέα, ανεξάρτητα από την σχέση εργασίας του και την συνδικαλιστική του οργάνωση.

Καλούμε κάθε «καλοπροαίρετο» να σταματήσει να βάζει εμπόδια και να απειλεί συναδέλφους μας. Καλούμε όλους τους συναδέλφους, και στην Α.Α.Δ.Ε. να απαντήσουν σε τέτοιου είδους προσπάθειες τρομοκρατίας με τη συμμετοχή τους στη ΓΕΝΙΚΗ ΠΑΝΕΛΛΑΔΙΚΗ ΑΠΕΡΓΙΑ της 9ης του Νοέμβρη!”
