Επαφές της διεθνούς Επιτροπής Εμπειρογνωμόνων για τα εργασιακά

Η διεθνής Επιτροπή Εμπειρογνωμόνων για τα εργασιακά αναμένεται να συναντηθεί γύρω στις 11 π.μ. με εκπροσώπους των κοινωνικών εταίρων για να συζητήσουν θέματα που άπτονται των εργασιακών.

Οι επαφές γίνονται στα πλαίσια της υποχρέωσης της χώρας να εφαρμόσει τις βέλτιστες εργασιακές πρακτικές. Η Επιτροπή Εμπειρογνωμόνων, η οποία έχει συσταθεί από κοινού από τους θεσμούς και το υπουργείο Εργασίας, αναμένεται να συναντηθεί αύριο με εργοδοτικούς φορείς.

Ανάμεσα στα θέματα που εκτιμάται πως θα θιγούν είναι ο συνδικαλιστικός νόμος, οι συλλογικές συμβάσεις εργασίας και οι ομαδικές απολύσεις. Η κυβέρνηση έχει τονίσει επανειλημμένα πως δεν έχει τεθεί θέμα κατάργησης του 13ου και 14ου μισθού στον ιδιωτικό τομέα ενώ έχει θέσει “κόκκινες” γραμμές στο ζήτημα των ομαδικών απολύσεων.

Η Επιτροπή θα συνεχίσει τις επαφές και μετά το πέρας των συναντήσεων που θα έχει σήμερα και αύριο στην Αθήνα και αργότερα θα παραδώσει πόρισμα που θα περιγράφει τον τρόπο με τον οποίο το θεσμικό πλαίσιο των εργασιακών σχέσεων στην Ελλάδα θα ευθυγραμμιστεί με τις βέλτιστες πρακτικές στην Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση.
