Ημερίδα για τη μεσογειακή διατροφή και υγεία

Ενημερωτική ημερίδα με τίτλο «Μεσογειακή Διατροφή και Υγεία», στο πλαίσιο του 6ου THESSALONIKI FOOD FESTIVAL, διοργανώνει ο Δήμος Θεσσαλονίκης σε συνεργασία με την Ένωση Διατροφολόγων Βορείου Ελλάδος, την Fair Trade Hellas και το Αριστοτέλειο Πανεπιστήμιο Θεσσαλονίκης,  την Τετάρτη 7 Δεκεμβρίου, από τις 16.00 έως τις 20.00, στην Αίθουσα «Μανόλης Αναγνωστάκης» του Δημαρχείου (Βασ. Γεωργίου Α΄1).

Στη διάρκεια της δράσης θα συζητηθούν, μεταξύ άλλων, θέματα που αφορούν στα οφέλη της μεσογειακής διατροφής, στα ελληνικά αρωματικά και φαρμακευτικά φυτά, στις εφαρμογές για κινητά τηλέφωνα οι οποίες σχετίζονται με τη διατροφή και στους τρόπους ανάδειξης των ελληνικών μεσογειακών προϊόντων.

Αναλυτικά το πρόγραμμα της ημερίδας: 

  • 16.00 – 16.15: Εγγραφές
  • 16.15 – 16.30: Χαιρετισμός από τον  Αντιδήμαρχο Τουρισμού και Διεθνών Σχέσεων, Σπύρο Πέγκα
  • 16.30 – 17.00: Βραβεύσεις στο πλαίσιο του διαγωνισμού «Micro-δράσεις για τη δημιουργία ενός πιο δίκαιου και βιώσιμου αστικού τοπικού διατροφικού συστήματος στην πόλη της Θεσσαλονίκης»
