Εντοπίστηκε φυτώριο κάνναβης σε διαμέρισμα στη Θεσσαλονίκη

Σε ειδικά διαμορφωμένο χώρο σε διαμέρισμα δύο άντρες από την Αλβανία καλλιεργούσαν 20 δενδρύλλια κάνναβης χρησιμοποιώντας ειδικό εξοπλισμό. Οι δύο άντρες είναι 22 και 31 χρόνω σε βάρος των οποίων σχηματίστηκε δικογραφία κακουργηματικού χαρακτήρα για διακίνηση, κατοχή και καλλιέργεια κάνναβης.

Ο  εξοπλισμός, που αποτελείτο  από λαμπτήρες θερμότητας, μετασχηματιστές, σύστημα εξαερισμού, θερμόμετρα και αφυγραντήρες, κατασχέθηκε.
Επιπλέον στο διαμέρισμα βρέθηκε και κατασχέθηκε:
• 2 συσκευασίες που περιείχαν συνολικά ποσότητα ακατέργαστης κάνναβης βάρους 33,8 γραμμαρίων,
• 10 υβριδικοί σπόροι κάνναβης,
• μία ηλεκτρονική ζυγαριά ακριβείας,
• ειδικά λιπάσματα που χρησιμοποιούσαν για την ανάπτυξη των παράνομων φυτών και
• το χρηματικό ποσό των 795 ευρώ ως προερχόμενο από εμπορία ναρκωτικών.
Σημειώνεται ότι σε βάρος του 31χρονου εκκρεμούσε ένταλμα σύλληψης του κ. Ανακριτή Θεσσαλονίκης για παραβάσεις της Νομοθεσίας περί Ναρκωτικών (διακίνηση, κατοχή και καλλιέργεια κάνναβης), ενώ σε βάρος του 22χρονου είχαν επιβληθεί περιοριστικοί όροι για το αδίκημα της ληστείας.
Οι συλληφθέντες θα οδηγηθούν στον κ. Εισαγγελέα Πλημμελειοδικών Θεσσαλονίκης.
