Συμφωνία στις 22 Μαΐου “βλέπει” ο Σόιμπλε

“Πεπεισμένος” ότι στη συνεδρίαση του Eurogroup στις 22 Μαΐου είναι δυνατόν να επιτευχθεί συμφωνία για την ολοκλήρωση της δεύτερης αξιολόγησης είναι ο Βόλφγκανγκ Σόιμπλε, σύμφωνα με την εκπρόσωπο του γερμανικού υπουργείου Οικονομικών η οποία απάντησε σε  σχετική ερώτηση της Deutsche Welle στο κυβερνητικό μπρίφινγκ της Παρασκευής.

Σε ό,τι αφορά τη βιωσιμότητα του ελληνικού χρέους, την οποία θέτει ως όρο το ΔΝΤ για να συμμετάσχει στο τρέχον πρόγραμμα, ο εκπρόσωπος του υπουργείου διευκρίνισε πως δεν προετοιμάζονται αυτή τη στιγμή μέτρα για την ελάφρυνση του ελληνικού χρέους.

Είναι όμως “ξεκάθαρο” ότι τις “επόμενες ημέρες και εβδομάδες” θα συζητηθεί η βιωσιμότητα του χρέους, όπως αυτό προβλέπεται στη συμφωνία του Μαΐου του 2016. Σε αυτό το πλαίσιο θα συζητηθούν τόσο το μεταρρυθμιστικό πακέτο όσο και το ύψος του πρωτογενούς πλεονάσματος που “μεσοπρόθεσμα” έχει καθοριστεί στο 3,5%. Το ύψος και η διάρκεια του πρωτογενούς πλεονάσματος είναι σημαντικοί παράγοντες για να “εξασφαλιστεί” η βιωσιμότητα του χρέους. Εφόσον κριθούν αναγκαία πιθανά μέτρα για την ελάφρυνση του χρέους, αυτά θα εξετασθούν “μετά την πλήρη εφαρμογή του μεταρρυθμιστικού προγράμματος” που “προς το παρόν επιδιώκεται” να επιτευχθεί το 2018, προσέθεσε.

Ο εκπρόσωπος του υπουργείου Οικονομικών δεν θέλησε να δώσει μια σαφή απάντηση στην ερώτηση κατά πόσο θα μπορούσε να συζητηθεί η πρόταση, την οποία φέρεται να έχει καταθέσει ο επικεφαλής του ευρωπαϊκού παραρτήματος του ΔΝΤ, ότι δηλαδή η συμφωνία για την ελάφρυνση του χρέους θα μπορούσε να εφαρμοστεί σταδιακά.

Σύμφωνα με την πρόταση αυτή άμεσα θα πρέπει να αποφασιστεί το πλαίσιο μέτρων και μετά τη λήξη του προγράμματος, η ποσοτικοποίησή τους.
