Επίσκεψη στην Αρχή Διασφάλισης του Απορρήτου των Επικοινωνιών (ΑΔΑΕ), πραγματοποίησε ο αρχηγός της αξιωματικής αντιπολίτευσης, Αλέξης Τσίπρας. «Ζήτησα από τον πρόεδρο της ΑΔΑΕ,  κύριο Ράμμο να ξεκινήσει έρευνα προκειμένου αυτή η μεγάλη σκιά των παρακολουθήσεων να φύγει από το πολιτικό μας σύστημα και από την λειτουργία του πολιτεύματος», τόνισε.

Ο κ. Τσίπρας δήλωσε ότι «το τελευταίο διάστημα βρισκόμαστε  μπροστά σε μια πρωτοφανή μεταπολιτευτικά θεσμική παραβίαση, αντιδημοκρατική εκτροπή» και αναφερόμενος στην «ανατριχιαστική τοποθέτηση του πρωθυπουργού στην Βουλή των Ελλήνων  την προηγούμενη Παρασκευή, όπου άφησε ανοικτό, δεν διέψευσε την πιθανότητα και άλλα πολιτικά πρόσωπα, εκλεγμένοι βουλευτές και  ευρωβουλευτές να  παρακολουθούνται»ε επεσήμανε:

«Ενθάρρυνα τον πρόεδρο της ΑΔΑΕ να καλέσει τον Πρόεδρο της Βουλής, τον κύριο Τασούλα, να του διαβιβάσει τους αριθμούς των κινητών τηλεφώνων, όσων βουλευτών και ευρωβουλευτών επιθυμούν να λάβουν μέρος σε αυτή την έρευνα προκειμένου η ΑΔΑΕ επισήμως να δώσει απαντήσεις».

«Γνωρίζω ότι υπάρχει το περιβόητο άρθρο 87 του νόμου του Μάρτη του 2021 , η τροπολογία του κυρίου Μητσοτάκη, που έχει στόχο να παραλύσει τις δυνατότητες της ΑΔΑΕ να διερευνήσει και να δώσει  απαντήσεις σε κάθε πολίτη, όμως αυτό δεν μπορεί να σταθεί απέναντι στην συνταγματική επιταγή, όχι να μας πει ποια πρόσωπα παρακολουθούνται αλλά να μας πει αν παρακολουθούνται και πόσα πολιτικά πρόσωπα και εν προκειμένω  βουλευτές και ευρωβουλευτές», είπε επίσης ο Αλέξης Τσίπρας και κατέληξε:

«Είμαι βέβαιος ότι τόσο ο πρόεδρος της ΑΔΑΕ  όσο και όσοι την στελεχώνουν θα πράξουν το καθήκον τους. Αναμένω ότι θα πράξει το καθήκον του και ο πρόεδρος της Βουλής».
