Αύξηση του ορίου δαπανών στα νοσοκομεία λόγω έλλειψης ακριβών φαρμάκων (vid)

Κίνδυνο για τη ζωή ασθενών με σοβαρότατες ασθένειες δημιουργεί η έλλειψη ακριβών φαρμάκων που παρατηρείται σε πολλά νοσοκομεία. Τη σοβαρότητα της κατάστασης επεσήμανε ο διοικητής του Λαϊκού νοσοκομείου. Για την άμεση αντιμετώπιση, το υπουργείο Υγείας ενέκρινε την αύξηση του ορίου δαπανών των νοσηλευτικών ιδρυμάτων κατά 150 εκατομμύρια το 2015 και άλλα 150 εκατομμύρια το 2016.

Πρόκειται για αντιρετροϊκά φάρμακα για ασθενείς με AIDS αλλά και ασθενείς με καρκίνο, καθώς και φάρμακα που χορηγούνται σε αιμορροφιλικούς ασθενείς, ογκολογικά, αυξητική ορμόνη και άλλα ακριβά σκευάσματα.

«300 εκατομμύρια αθροιστικά, είναι μία σοβαρή ένδειξη ότι αντιστρέφεται το κλίμα σοβαρών περικοπών που υπήρχαν τα τελευταία 6 χρόνια» σημείωσε ο υπουργός υγείας Ανδρέας Ξανθός.

Μιλώντας στην Πρωινή Ενημέρωση της ΕΡΤ, ο υπουργός Υγείας διέψευσε κατηγορηματικά δημοσιεύματα που κάνουν λόγο για ιδιωτικοποίηση μονάδων του ΠΕΔΥ αν δεν πιάσουν τους στόχους της αξιολόγησης που θα γίνει μέχρι τον Ιούνιο. «Δεν υπάρχει πολιτικό σχέδιο συρρίκνωσης δημόσιας περίθαλψης, το λέω κατηγορηματικά, θα ενισχυθούν οι δομές», είπε.

Τις επόμενες ημέρες, όπως τόνισε ο κ. Ξανθός, αναμένεται να ψηφιστεί από τη Βουλή νομοθετική ρύθμιση για την καθολική υγειονομική κάλυψη των ανασφάλιστων.
