Επισκέψεις σχολείων στο Μαυσωλείο και το Μουσείο Θυμάτων Ναζισμού στο Δίστομο

Mαθητές και μαθήτριες από πέντε σχολεία της Αθήνας και της Βοιωτίας επισκέφθηκαν με τους εκπαιδευτικούς τους το Μαυσωλείο και το Μουσείο Θυμάτων Ναζισμού Διστόμου τις τρεις τελευταίες εργάσιμες ημέρες, στο πλαίσιο των εκπαιδευτικών τους προγραμμάτων.

Οι περίπου 750 μαθητές και μαθήτριες συνδύασαν έτσι την εκδρομή τους με την απόκτηση γνώσεων από το πεδίο της νεότερης ελληνικής ιστορίας και ιδιαίτερα του Β’ Παγκοσμίου Πολέμου και των εγκλημάτων κατά της ανθρωπότητας που έκαναν οι Γερμανοί ναζί στο Δίστομο με την Σφαγή των 228 κατοίκων του μέσα και από βιωματικές δράσεις.

Επισκέψεις σχολείων στο Μαυσωλείο και το Μουσείο Θυμάτων Ναζισμού στο ΔίστομοΤα σχολεία που επισκέφθηκαν το Δίστομο (όπως και το παρακείμενο ονομαστό βυζαντινό μοναστήρι του Οσίου Λουκά και την Κρύα της Λιβαδειάς) είναι το δημοτικό σχολείο Αλιάρτου Βοιωτίας, το 52ο Γυμνάσιο Κολωνού, το 7ο Γυμνάσιο Αχαρνών, το 4ο Λύκειο Γλυφάδας και το Γυμνάσιο-Λύκειο Μαραθώνα.

Το Σάββατο 14/5 ξεκινούν οι πολυήμερες εκδηλώσεις μνήμης για την Σφαγή της 10ης Ιουνίου 1944 με αφιέρωμα στους δικαστικούς αγώνες για την Δικαίωση – θα μιλήσουν και Έλληνες δικαστές, οι αποφάσεις των οποίων έμειναν στην Ιστορία του τόπου μας καθώς δικαίωσαν τους προσφεύγοντες συγγενείς των σφαγιασθέντων Διστομιτών.
