Η Νίκη Φωτίου τοποθετήθηκε από το “Υπερταμείο” ως μη εκτελεστικό μέλος και πρόεδρος της Επιτροπής Ελέγχου του ΤΑΙΠΕΔ.

Η κ. Φωτίου διαθέτει πολύχρονη εμπειρία στον χώρο των ελεγκτικών εταιρειών και της ναυτιλίας, έχοντας υπό την ευθύνη της, μεταξύ άλλων, τον έλεγχο και υποβολή αναφορών- εκθέσεων χρηματοοικονομικών, διεθνούς φορολογίας και εταιρικής διακυβέρνησης σύμφωνα με τα πρότυπα που ορίζουν κορυφαία διεθνή χρηματιστήρια, όπως των ΗΠΑ, ενώ έχει διατελέσει και μέλος σε διοικητικά συμβούλια εισηγμένων και μη εταιρειών ανά τον κόσμο.

Σήμερα κατέχει τη θέση Finance and Accounts Manager στις εταιρείες NGM Εnergy S.A και Unimar Success S.A του ομίλου Μουνδρέα, ενώ παρέχει υπηρεσίες ως Financial Reporting Consultant στην Avenir LNG Ltd. Είναι κάτοχος Bachelor of Commerce Accounting & Information Systems από το Πανεπιστήμιο του Cape Town (1991), ενώ είναι Chartered Certified Accountant μέλος του FCCA, Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) και μέλος του Σώματος Ορκωτών Ελεγκτών Λογιστών (ΣΟΕΛ).

Σύμφωνα με το Υπερταμείο, ο διορισμός της κ. Φωτίου έρχεται μετά την πρόσφατη απώλεια της Λητούς Ιωαννίδου, η οποία άφησε σημαντικό αποτύπωμα στον τομέα των χρηματοοικονομικών υπηρεσιών.
