Συνελήφθη 57χρονος Έλληνας στην Βουλγαρία

Καθοριστική ήταν η συνδρομή του τμήματος Αναζητήσεων Προσώπων της Διεύθυνσης Ασφάλειας Θεσσαλονίκης, με την παροχή ουσιαστικών πληροφοριών στις Βουλγάρικες Αρχές και τον αξιωματικό σύνδεσμο της Ελληνικής Αστυνομίας στη Βουλγαρία, μέσω του Εθνικού Γραφείου SIRENE, για τη σύλληψη διεθνώς διωκόμενου σε βάρος του οποίου εκκρεμούσαν διωκτικά έγγραφα.

Πρόκειται για 57χρονο Έλληνα, ο οποίος συνελήφθη στις 04 Απριλίου 2017 στη Βουλγαρία, από τη Βουλγάρικη αστυνομία και για τον εντοπισμό του είχε εκπονηθεί ειδικός επιχειρησιακός σχεδιασμός από την παραπάνω Υπηρεσία της Διεύθυνσης Ασφάλειας Θεσσαλονίκης.

Σε βάρος του εκκρεμούν 3 καταδικαστικές αποφάσεις, 2 εντάλματα σύλληψης καθώς και Διάταξη Προέδρου Εφετών και Βούλευμα Συμβουλίου Εφετών, με τα οποία καταδικάστηκε σε συνολική ποινή κάθειρξης δεκαεπτά 17 ετών και συνολική ποινή φυλάκισης πέντε 5 ετών, για τα αδικήματα της «ηθικής αυτουργίας από κοινού σε ψευδή βεβαίωση άνω των 73.000 ευρώ», «ηθικής αυτουργίας ψευδούς βεβαίωσης κατ’ εξακολούθηση με σκοπό τον προσπορισμό αθέμιτου οφέλους και παράνομης βλάβης άλλου και δη Ελληνικού Δημοσίου υπερβαίνουσα τις 150.000 ευρώ», «λαθρεμπορίας», «νομιμοποίησης εσόδων από εγκληματική δραστηριότητα» και «μη καταβολή χρεών προς το Δημόσιο».

Σημειώνεται ότι, σύμφωνα με τις αρχές της Βουλγαρίας, ο 57χρονος σε σχετικό έλεγχο επέδειξε καταφανώς πλαστό Δελτίο Ελληνικής Αστυνομικής Ταυτότητας.
