Απάντηση στο δήμαρχο Θεσσαλονίκης Γιάννη Μπουτάρη, που επέρριψε ευθύνες στο ΠΑΜΕ για την κατάληψη από τους συμβασιούχους του Σταθμού Μεταμόρφωσης Απορριμμάτων Φοίνικα, έδωσε ο βουλευτής Α΄ Θεσσαλονίκης του ΚΚΕ Γιάννης Δελής λέγοντας ότι η θεωρία περί υποκινούμενου αγώνα είναι πάρα πολύ παλιά.

Μιλώντας στον 102 fm της ΕΡΤ3 και τους Ασπασία Βούζη και Βασίλη Πεκλάρη εξήγησε ότι «αυτοί που υποκινούν τους εργαζόμενους είναι τα προβλήματά τους και η πολιτική που υπερασπίζεται ο Μπουτάρης που είτε τους αφήνει απλήρωτους είτε τους απολύει».

«Αν η κυβέρνηση έχει την πολιτική βούληση μπορεί να λύσει το θέμα» ανέφερε υποστηρίζοντας τη μετατροπή των συμβάσεων σε αορίστου χρόνου.

Ερωτηθείς σχετικά με τη δημόσια πρόσκληση του Αλέξη Τσίπρα προς τη Δημοκρατική Συμπαράταξη για συνεργασία σχολίασε ότι πρόκειται για δύο πολιτικές δυνάμεις που κινούνται στην ίδια κατεύθυνση. «Μπορούν μια χαρά, κάποια στιγμή, να τα βρουν και να μοιράσουν υπουργικές καρέκλες. Δεν το αποκλείουμε. Εμείς αυτό που λέμε είναι ότι ο λαός δεν έχει τίποτα να περιμένει από τέτοιες κολεγιές. Την πολιτική του ΠΑΣΟΚ τη συνεχίζει σήμερα ο ΣΥΡΙΖΑ» σημείωσε
