Όπως ανακοίνωσε το Υπουργείο Υγείας, λογω του υψηλού επιδημιολογικού  φορτίου σε περιοχές  , όπως η Βόρεια Ελλάδα και η Θεσσαλία, επεκτείνει τη συνεργασία του Εθνικού Συστήματος Υγείας (ΕΣΥ) με τον ιδιωτικό τομέα Υγείας.

Με απόφαση του Υπουργού Υγείας Θάνου Πλεύρη και της Αναπληρώτριας Υπουργού Υγείας, Μίνας Γκάγκα και κατόπιν εισήγησης των διοικητών των αρμόδιων Υγειονομικών Περιφερειών (ΥΠΕ) και της Ομάδας Παρακολούθησης και Συντονισμού της Διαχείρισης ασθενών με Covid στα Νοσοκομεία, ο Γενικός Γραμματέας Υπηρεσιών Υγείας Ιωάννης Κωτσιόπουλος υπέγραψε σήμερα συμφωνία με πέντε ιδιωτικές κλινικές εκ των οποίων η μία (1) είναι στη Θεσσαλονίκη και οι τέσσερις (4) στο Βόλο και τη Λάρισα, για τη διάθεση κλινών σε Covid και non Covid ασθενείς.

Συγκεκριμένα, οι παρακάτω ιδιωτικές κλινικές διαθέτουν, μαζί με το προσωπικό τους, για τη νοσηλεία ασθενών με Covid-19:

  • Διακόσιες (200) κλίνες από Κέντρο Ιατρικής Αποθεραπείας και Αποκατάστασης Ανώνυμη Εταιρία, στη Θεσσαλονίκη.
  • Είκοσι (20) κλίνες από Κέντρο Αποκατάστασης στο Βόλο.
  • Τριάντα (30) κλίνες από Κέντρο Αποκατάστασης στη Λάρισα.

Επίσης για non Covid ασθενείς, οι παρακάτω κλινικές διαθέτουν:

  • Η ιδιωτική κλινική στο Βόλο, δέκα (10) κλίνες και δυο (2) κλίνες Εντατικής Θεραπείας (ΜΕΘ).
  • Η ιδιωτική κλινική στη Λάρισα, τριάντα (30) κλίνες για παθολογικά και χειρουργικά περιστατικά και τέσσερις (4) κλίνες ΜΕΘ.
