Τη συνδρομή των πολιτών ζητά η Δημοτική Αστυνομία Θεσσαλονίκης

Τέλος στο φαινόμενο των προκλητικών παραβάσεων παράνομης στάθμευσης σε όλες τις γειτονιές, ακόμη και στο πιο μικρό στενό της πόλης, επιθυμεί να βάλει η δημοτική αστυνομία του Δήμου Θεσσαλονίκης. Για να επιτευχθεί ο στόχος απαιτείται η συνδρομή των πολιτών, οι οποίοι μ’ ένα τηλεφώνημα στη δημοτική αστυνομία μπορούν να καταγγείλουν την παράβαση.
Σύμφωνα με τον εντεταλμένο δημοτικό σύμβουλο του δήμου, υπεύθυνο για τη δημοτική αστυνομία, Λευτέρη Κιοσέογλου, η υπηρεσία δέχεται κάθε μήνα περίπου 200 έως 300 καταγγελίες ή παράπονα πολιτών για παράνομη στάθμευση και οι δημοτικοί αστυνομικοί ανταποκρίνονται μέσα σε χρονικό διάστημα ενός τετάρτου της ώρας.
«Είναι ευπρόσδεκτες οι καταγγελίες, γιατί δεν μπορούμε λόγω του μικρού αριθμού των δημοτικών αστυνομικών να βρισκόμαστε σε όλα τα μήκη και πλάτη της πόλης. Οι δημότες βοηθούν στην ευταξία των περιοχών τους. Δεχόμαστε τις καταγγελίες και σε 15 λεπτά είμαστε στο σημείο που μας έχουν υποδείξει οι πολίτες» δήλωσε στο ΑΠΕ-ΜΠΕ ο κ. Κιοσέογλου.
Από νωρίς το πρωί έως τις 9 το βράδυ, όπως ανέφερε, οι πολίτες μπορούν να καλούν στο τηλεφωνικό κέντρο της δημοτικής αστυνομίας (2313 317930) και να καταγγέλλουν τις παραβάσεις των παράνομα σταθμευμένων αυτοκινήτων.
Σε μια προσπάθεια να βελτιωθούν οι χρόνοι και να είναι πιο άμεσοι οι έλεγχοι στους δρόμους της Θεσσαλονίκης, πρόσφατα το δημοτικό συμβούλιο του κεντρικού δήμου ενέκρινε την προμήθεια 13 υπηρεσιακών ηλεκτρικών δικύκλων.
