Βοήθεια σε μικρούς και μεγάλους που βιώνουν άγχη, φοβίες, εξαρτήσεις προσφέρει το Κέντρο Πρόληψης «ΠΥΞΙΔΑ».

Εντός του Οκτωβρίου η «ΠΥΞΙΔΑ» ξεκινούν τρεις νέες ομάδες στήριξης, με στόχο τη βοήθεια σε μαθητές Λυκείου, σε γονείς με παιδιά σε παιδικούς σταθμούς, αλλά και σε όσους θέλουν να κόψουν το κάπνισμα. Συγκεκριμένα:

Το Κέντρο Πρόληψης «ΠΥΞΙΔΑ» διοργανώνει για πέμπτη συνεχή χρονιά Ομάδα Υποστήριξης Γονέων με παιδιά στους Παιδικούς Σταθμούς για να διευκολύνει και να στηρίξει τους γονείς στην περίοδο αυτή της προσαρμογής.

Η ομάδα περιλαμβάνει 6 δίωρες εβδομαδιαίες συναντήσεις, διαπραγματεύεται θέματα όπως το άγχος του αποχωρισμού των γονέων, οι επιδράσεις της ημερήσιας φροντίδας στη γνωστική, συναισθηματική, κοινωνική και σωματική ανάπτυξη του παιδιού, οι  πολλαπλοί ρόλοι ενός γονιού, συνεργασία γονέων-παιδαγωγών και υπηρεσιών στην προσαρμογή των παιδιών.

Στη λειτουργία νέας Ομάδας για τη Διακοπή του Καπνίσματος, με δωρεάν συμμετοχή, προχωρά η «ΠΥΞΙΔΑ», η έναρξη της οποίας θα γίνει την Τρίτη 18 Οκτωβρίου. Με την καθοδήγηση των ειδικών επιστημόνων της «ΠΥΞΙΔΑΣ» αλλά και με τη συνδιαλλαγή με άλλους καπνιστές, οι συμμετέχοντες στην ομάδα θα εκπαιδευτούν στο να αποσυνδέσουν το κάπνισμα με συμπεριφορές και συνήθειες.

Δυστυχώς, το άγχος δεν αποτελεί… προνόμιο μόνο των ενηλίκων, αλλά και των ανηλίκων. Έτσι, η «ΠΥΞΙΔΑ» βρίσκεται στο πλευρό των μαθητών Λυκείου που αντιμετωπίζουν σε έντονο βαθμό και από την αρχή της σχολικής χρονιάς το άγχος των εξετάσεων.

Φέτος, κάνοντας ένα βήμα πιο μπροστά, η «ΠΥΞΙΔΑ» απευθύνεται στους έφηβους μαθητές Λυκείου που θέλουν να επεξεργαστούν το θέμα του άγχους σε ένα κύκλο βιωματικών συναντήσεων. Η Ομάδα Διαχείρισης του Άγχους για μαθητές Λυκείου, η οποία προγραμματίζεται για το επόμενο διάστημα, περιλαμβάνει τέσσερις δίωρες συναντήσεις που θα πραγματοποιούνται κάθε Δευτέρα από τις 2 έως τις 4.30 μ.μ.
