Ιταλικό street food στο πλαισιο του 6ου Thessaloniki Food Festival

Δράση Street Food με «άρωμα» Ιταλίας διοργανώνει ο Δήμος Θεσσαλονίκης σε συνεργασία με το Ελληνοϊταλικό Επιμελητήριο, στο πλαίσιο του 6ου THESSALONIKI FOOD FESTIVAL, με στόχο την ενίσχυση των σεισμοπαθών του Amatrice.

Η εκδήλωση θα πραγματοποιηθεί το Σάββατο 17 Δεκεμβρίου από τις 12.00 έως τις 22.00, στον πεζόδρομο της Αγίας Σοφίας, με τη συμμετοχή Ιταλών επιχειρηματιών που δραστηριοποιούνται στη Θεσσαλονίκη, οι οποίοι θα προετοιμάσουν ένα street food party με γευστικές προτάσεις, άφθονο κρασί, μπύρα και χορό, πλαισιωμένο από τις μουσικές επιλογές του DJ Αλέξανδρου Νταϊλάκη, στο κλίμα των εορτών.

Γνήσιες ιταλικές πίτσες με ντομάτα και mozzarella, τραγανά arancini, γεμιστά panzerotti, λεπτή πίτα piadina με αλλαντικά, ιταλικά burger με σάλτσα gorgonzola, παραδοσιακά ιταλικά αλλαντικά-porchetta και mortadella, αγαπημένες πάστες και η «κορωνίδα» των ιταλικών ζυμαρικών, η γνωστή amatriciana, με τη συνοδεία τοπικών κρασιών και μπύρας, θα είναι μερικά από τα εδέσματα που θα έχουν την ευκαιρία να γευτούν οι παρευρισκόμενοι, έναντι συμβολικού ποσού,  ενώ για το κλείσιμο θα προσφέρονται σφηνάκια tiramisu και panacotta και παγωτό gelato.

Στη δράση συμμετέχουν τα καταστήματα Funky Burger, Gian Gusto, Mare e Monti, High School, Blé και Navona.
