Κατάληψη της ΕΛΒΟ προαναγγέλλουν οι εργαζόμενοι στις 9 Ιουνίου

Σε κατάληψη του εργοστασίου της Ελληνικής Βιομηχανίας Οχημάτων (ΕΛΒΟ) στη Σίνδο Θεσσαλονίκης θα προχωρήσουν οι εργαζόμενοι την Παρασκευή 9 Ιουνίου, σε μια προσπάθεια να αποτρέψουν την πραγματοποίηση της γενικής συνέλευσης των μετόχων, που έχει ως θέμα την μεταφορά της έδρας της εταιρείας.

“Οι εργαζόμενοι δεν θα επιτρέψουν να δοθεί η χαριστική βολή στην ΕΛΒΟ” σημειώνουν σε σημερινή ανακοίνωση του σωματείου τους, στην οποία υπογραμμίζουν ότι “η ΕΛΒΟ πρέπει να παραμείνει στην ιδιοκτησία του υπουργείου Εθνικής Άμυνας για την ασφάλεια της χώρας και το αξιόμαχο των ενόπλων δυνάμεων […] Οι εργαζόμενοι της ΕΛΒΟ θα παλέψουμε με κάθε τρόπο για την ανατροπή της πολιτικής της Κυβέρνησης που ξεπουλάει και διαλύει την άμυνα της χώρας”. Η γενική συνέλευση είναι προγραμματισμένη για τις 3.30 μετά το μεσημέρι.

Υπενθυμίζεται ότι η ΕΛΒΟ τελεί υπό πώληση: δύο εταιρείες έχουν καταθέσει οικονομικές προσφορές για την αγορά του 85,49% των μετοχών της, που ανήκει στο ελληνικό δημόσιο, στο πλαίσιο διαγωνισμού, που πραγματοποιήθηκε πρόσφατα με τιμή εκκίνησης τα 10 εκατ. ευρώ. Πρόκειται για τη γερμανική “Krauss – Maffei Wegmann” και τη νοτιοαφρικανική “Paramount”. Οι φάκελοι με τα δικαιολογητικά και οι οικονομικές προσφορές των δύο υποψηφίων αναμένεται να ανοίξουν άμεσα -πιθανώς το αργότερο έως τη Δευτέρα- και η διαδικασία της πώλησης εκτιμάται ότι θα ολοκληρωθεί εντός του 2017.
