“Χωρίς τα απαιτούμενα τυπικά προσόντα και διαδικασίες εγκρίθηκε η πρόσληψη Γενικού Διευθυντή στον ΟΣΕ” αναφέρει η Αναπ. Τομεάρχης Μεταφορών και Βουλευτής ΣΥΡΙΖΑ Φλώρινας, Πέτη Πέρκα:

Γενικός Διευθυντής στον ΟΣΕ συνταξιούχος, με ελλιπή τυπικά προσόντα, χωρίς διαγωνισμό, χωρίς κριτήρια, χωρίς αιδώ!

Ο κ. Πέτρος Πανόπουλος αποχώρησε λόγω σύνταξης από την ενεργό υπηρεσία στον ΟΣΕ την 17η Δεκεμβρίου 2017 και έλαβε αποζημίωση 15.000 ευρώ. Ως εδώ όλα καλά. Υπάρχει όμως και συνέχεια.

Η πρώτη κίνηση της πρόσφατα διορισμένης διοίκησης του ΟΣΕ, στη συνεδρίαση της 22-11-2019, είναι να εγκρίνει την πρόσληψη του κ. Πανόπουλου με σύμβαση ορισμένου χρόνου διάρκειας τριών ετών από 01-12-2019 έως 30-11-2022 και μάλιστα τον τοποθετεί στη θέση του Γενικού Διευθυντή της Γενικής Διεύθυνσης Σχεδιασμού, Ανάπτυξης και Συντήρησης Υποδομών και Δικτύων.

Πρόκληση αλλά και όρος επιβίωσης και ανάπτυξης για τον τομέα των μεταφορών και ειδικά για τον σιδηρόδρομο, είναι η σύζευξη προηγμένων τεχνολογικών εφαρμογών με τη δημιουργική σκέψη και την καινοτομία. Η «επιστροφή» και μάλιστα αναβαθμισμένη των συνταξιούχων απλώς κακοποιεί την έννοια της προόδου, της ανάπτυξης και τέλος της αξιοκρατίας.

Ωραία λοιπόν τα μελοδραματικά περί BRAIN DRAIN και τα φιλόδοξα REBRAIN GREECE. Αλλά όλα αυτά όμως πρέπει να υποστηρίζονται από πολιτικές και παραδείγματα.

Τα επαναλαμβανόμενο το τελευταίο διάστημα φαινόμενο του «βολέματος», χωρίς τυπικές διαδικασίες και προσόντα, των ημετέρων χρήζει πολιτικής, ηθικής και νομικής καταδίκης.”
